Competency and Honesty

Mr. Martin was instrumental in helping the family settle an estate. He needed to point us to other professionals and he was able to deliver for us. Furthermore, he has helped immeasurably with professional contracts, liability and prevented lengthy, disabling court costs. Mr. Martin may not be the... least expensive but he is worth every dollar you spend. Priceless!

DUI ... Don't worry, remain positive.

Josh was very knowledgeable and kept the state on its feet. He made aggressive motions but also appeared to have a very positive and productive relationship with the state and the judge. He kept calm, prompt, and supportive communication that was of great value in the incredibly hard to navigate cour...t system. I would've never made it through with such a positive outcome without his help

Business lease

Josh streamlined this contractual agreement for me with impressive efficiency. Additionally he offered a clear understanding of the business lease which enabled me to know exactly what I was signing. I hired Josh because I judge him honest and trustworthy.

Best Lawyer Ever!

I got busted for DUI and weed. Cops were jerks. So was the prosecution. Mr. Martin got my case dismissed because he made the cops admit that they lied. Plus he was really nice, not like other lawyers I know.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
