Fantastic experience. I called Mr. Grant when I received a cease and desist letter from a major social networking site, claiming I was infringing on their trademark with a domain I had registered. Clearly the site had some sort of a bot that flagged part of my domain and sent me the letter without co...nfirming their accusations, as my domain did not actually violate the Lanham Act, as they had claimed. Mr. Grant was extremely professional, and made me feel comfortable through the entire process, always explaining difficult concepts in layman's speak, yet never making me feel like he did not have confidence in what was the best course of action. I really can't say enough positive things about him. An enthusiastic two thumbs up.
