My boyfriend and i wanted to put me on one of his deeds with a mortgage. Ken kept stating what a generous gift my boyfriend was giving me and he had dealt with plenty of divorces. We flat out told him i was divorced and my boyfriend has no children it what we want we aren't getting married but have b...een together for 20 years. Ken had me leave the room to talk to my boyfriend privately for 20 minutes. When my boyfriend came out he said Ken says for us to do a life lease. WHAT A JOKE. Ok so apparently he sees me as a gold digger. If thats the case then i would just be happy with my boyfriends three 401ks that i am 100 beneficiary. We wanted a simple quick claim deed done and he just didn't want to do it. This guy was a jerk and rude. Also, floor was not vacummed and his secretary was walking around with no shoes. Very unprofessional!

I had ken lexier, during a divorce. Not only did he quote me a price of 3500 all said and done, but not only did he charge almost double that, he was rude, proceeded to not follow my commands and was almost fired on several occasions. At best I feel Ken was dishonest about the law regarding divorce. ...At worst I think he should be up against a judicial review board. Recently I called him about my bill and adding 10 percent more (200 an hr) to ask him some post divorce questions (stuff he did not help with, explain or plan for) and he was crass and extremely rude. I had to tell him my goal was to have help not to offend him. He also recommended two things that got me in legal trouble with the district court in springvale maine and was used against me in court. He recommended to me that I could see my daughter which had a protection order(with my wife) out of the bounds of the protection order. Once I called him, even though he double charged me, he was unwilling to help with an hour of his time to fix his mess, and was extremely rude. This man left me in serious debt, I got all marital debt, and a situation that would require more work he is unwilling to do and frankly I am not sure he would of gotten me much more than a cheaper lawyer I had been courting. Buyer beware. Each email you send him, some how always comes out to similar hours. For the price of an email you can get 10x more done in person with him.
