I had him write up a owner finacing contract when selling a house. Everything was reasonable from service to price. I also had an issue with getting a specialty license from state, he resolved that very well and immediately because I needed it for my job, and again his price was very reasonable, very... informative person thanks. Alfred also helped my dad get divorced, my father already had his devote contract write up between him his ex and alfred made legal adjustments and filed it very quickly.
