Miles D. Frieden

I worked with Mr Frieden during a recent real estate transaction. It was a true pleasure to work with him. He was thoughtful and did the closing work very quickly. The lawyer for the other side was very slow and Mr Frieden went out of his way to make sure our closing happened on the scheduled d...ate. It was a complicated transaction and I was pleased with the work and the price we were charged. I would use him again. (He is also a really nice guy!).

Miles decided to drop my case after representing me for almost 6 months. The time of this drop was because i wouldn't submit to a plea agreement, which he was strongly encouraging, I thanked him for his consul but told him that i hadnt changed my mind and would still like to go through with the trial.... He got very upset because he was trying to leave the state for the Winter months and therefore decided to drop my case because of his personal agenda and the fact that i wouldnt relinquish my rights and take a plea agreement rather than a jury of my peers.
