We sought Jackie's help back in 2013. We had tax issues we needed guidance with. At first she was responsive and seemed like she was putting effort in to our case. After the first couple months we heard from her less and less (she always had a colorful excuse as to the lack of communication) then alm...ost a year and a half in she stopped talking to us all together. No call, no email. Nothing. She still had (has) our retainer but had done zero with our file. Two years later we are in a worse position than when we started. Extremely unprofessional.
