After I was involved in a car accident last May I was scattered and overwhelmed and a mess. From the first meeting with Jason I knew that he was not only knowledgeable but driven. He was up front with cost and expectations in how he would work with me on my case. Jason clearly communicated with me wh...ile he was working on my case and when challenges came up he went after them and got me exactly what I felt my case was worth...almost to the dollar. With that being said he was also honest when I came in a bit high on what I was asking and clearly stated with his experience with my kind of case what it would be worth. I think that is so important while working with an attorney as that cuts down the time that you are waiting to get it resolved. Jason is a kind and soft spoken confident man who carries himself in a professional manner. Some attorney's present with a "used car salesman" kind of vibe. That to me is obnoxious and usually means that trust is lost right away and at least for me when I see attorney's like that on TV or reporting on something....it's an instant eye roll and thinking that they just want to get as much out of me as they can, not for me. Regardless of what kind of need you have for an attorney this is the one that you want to work with. I am a strong personality and at times was very naggy with Jason and impatient as things in my personal life were chaotic and that spilled over into our conversations. He was always direct as well as respectful and very patient with me. Lastly...the staff that is supporting an attorney I feel is equally as important as they are the ones on the front lines and can really set the tone when there are clerical things that come up. Jason's paralegal was SUCH a hard worker. My paperwork was flooding in and needing to go out for demands etc around the Christmas season and when she was also on vacation. She came back and took many of my calls and emails and stayed on top of her part of it so that Jason had what he needed to be able to move my case forward. Communication was always prompt and informative...usually she responded to me within a few hours via email and at most a day with my phone calls. The front office staff was also very helpful when I came in to sign documents and always had paperwork ready for me, a smile on their face and I felt cared for while things were very stressful in my life. The Waterville office is beautiful and in a historic building...almost feels like you are walking into a room in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. The waiting area is comfortable and just the right size to feel intimate and professional. When we need the assistance of an attorney we want to feel like we have a team behind us and that is EXACTLY how I felt from start to finish.
