Personal Injury 35%

Seeking compensation for being injured through no fault of your own doesn't make you a "victim". Taking care that your bills are paid, your lost wages reimbursed, and getting your pre-crash life back makes you the "victor" that you deserve to be..

35%
Car Accident 25%

In Maine, every 60 seconds, a crash injures someone. (Maine Bureau of Highway Safety and the Maine Department of Transportation 2018 edition Maine Highway Safety Facts). But that statistic doesn't tell the full story of how an injury affects a family

25%
Ethics and Professional Responsibility 15%

As a Nurse Attorney and member of the American Association of Nurse Attorneys, I represent nurses before the State of Maine Board o Nursing. Charges of nursing negligence are frightening legal challenges that can have far-reaching effects.

15%
Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect 15%

Litigating Maine nursing home abuse cases means knowing the complex details that are part of Maine's medical malpractice Prescreening Litigation system. It is very different from litigating a car crash, a slip and fall or injury from a product.

15%
Wrongful Death 10%

Nothing truly makes up for a life taken away because of negligence. But in our American system of justice we can ask a negligent wrongdoer to be responsible for killing a loved one by making up for what can't be fixed.

Staff Turn Over and Poor Communication

After accepting my case and telling me all of the great things they were going to do for me after a slip and fall I was disgusted. 6 months later after waiting I received a letter stating that they were no longer going to represent me giving me reasons that we had already gone on over prior to accep...ting my case. When I requested the materials that they had obtained there was nothing that I could have not requested myself. No interview from the witness or accident report from the property.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
