It was brought to my attention by my employer I had a warrant from a case that I was unaware I had that was nearly 20 years old. I was shocked to say the least. ( I wont get into details but let just say, the court should have never issued a warrant in the first place) I did some research and bega...n to look for representation in the state of Maine. i live roughly 2500 miles away now. I called 3 different attorneys trying to get an idea of the process ahead, and the money that would be necessary. All the attorneys quoted between 300hr - 600hr and wanted minimum $2000.00 just to start making phone calls. I was told (generally)if they can get a quick dismissal, I would get my money back or a portion of it depending on hours of work. I DO absolutely believe in paying for services even if they are expensive, as long as it's fair a trade. Before the these attorneys even knew what the case looked like, the feedback sounded like I needed to get ready for the possibility that it would be a long and expensive process. Similar conversations with the other 2 more attorneys will take place. I spoke to my wife and we both agreed that I would need to keep looking and Praying for the right person. After looking at many other attorneys I found Mr Mcintosh's Profile. I found it interesting that he was so well traveled and worked for the DOD. My wife has worked for the government for years and has always had a bottom line {what's the solution here} attitude about problems. Also Traveling that much gives you a wider perspective of the world and the people in it.(Empathy). So I hoped So I left him a short message. " I have a case and am in need of representation" (message Sent) I get a phone call. next morning roughly at 7am. phone call was just under 8 minutes . 7 of which were probably me explaining the events that ensued on that night "it" happened. Most would worry he only responded with about 4 sentences. I was relieved . He's said. What's your name and date of birth? Let me make a couple of phone calls. What's your email? Email me the court case number. Bye. Almost 2 hours later I receive an email with an attachment . CASE DISMISSED!!! WOW. I Immediately emailed him back and thanked him and requested an invoice because I hadn't received one yet. His response : It just took a couple of phone calls. You'll be getting no invoice from me. I'm writing this review not because he didn't charge me . I'm writing this review because he got my case dismissed in 2hours and refused to be paid for it. So to whom ever reads this.... If your in need representation , Mr Mcintosh seems like a straight shooter, honorable, and of course ...... Effective. What every your quoted, I'm sure it's fair or even underpriced!

Jeremiah worked hard on my criminal case and worked closely with our local district attorney to get me the best outcome possible!! He worked FOR ME as if I was paying him on my own, and I've NEVER had a court appointed lawyer do that for me before!! Got my charge filed for 2 years and at the end it w...ill be dropped almost all together entirely, besides a small fine.. I was facing some serious jail time, and he worked closely with me to show the truth behind what happened that night, and that I NEEDED HELP, NOT JAIL.. Was going through some severe mental issues at the time and he recognized that and don't judge me.. He helped me point that in court and show that I was unstable and needed more help than jail could offer me!! I was lucky to have him as my attorney!! He worked for me, without judgment and made me feel comfortable at all times!! Not very often you find a lawyer as dedicated as Jeremiah!! Came to the jail many nights, late into the night, met almost weekly with his clients that were currently locked up!! I know, I was one of them!! Thank you SO MUCH for your hard work and dedication!! You mean more to me than you may even realize, and I would recommend you 1,000 times over to ANYONE looking for a great attorney!!
