I have you as a public defender, and I would like to speak with you about possible options. I am currently in a suit pro- Bono with another attorney for a wrongful death that happened to my father a few years back it has no bearing in this case however within the next 90 days it will be settled and I... will be in a position to pay a hefty fine rather than face jail time, also I mentioned that I was not opposed to adding a year of probation if needed,we could ask for time served with a $10,000 fine payable by December 1st of this year. I'm just really racking my brain to see what I would have to do to just continue my probation I had a bad night I've lost one parent and now with another looking like it could be anytime I just can't be in I've done a great job for 3.5 years and I'm not trying to dodge accountability I just believe everyone would benefit from a big fine. I am the only bread winner in my household, I pay bills and have acquired a home for my fiancee and me and our 2 dogs and a cat. I made a big mistake and would like to just move past this, without jeopardizing my program at new seasons and spidiva so I look forward to hearing from you and exploring options thank you
