Doesnt Finish His Cases

He will leave you hanging. He will say he is no longer your lawyer, and tell you to buzz off, if months after your court date police continue to say you are subject to searches because of bail conditions that were supposed to go away after your last court date. And god forbid you text him on a holida...y, because the upper class/class traitor/whatever he is doesnt work on holidays. Must be nice. Overall 0 because he doesn’t finish his work, and he doesn’t show his work, so you wont have any idea what’s going on while he is working for you and he will leave you with a mess when he is done with you. Also, he lumps his clients into two categories: real criminals and everybody else. It is quite unclear how he determines this categorization. Probably just his gut.

Worst Attorney

Lynn Madison is a horrible attorney. He takes bribes from prosecutors and lies to his clients. It’s crazy that this man still has a law license. Lynn was recently investigated by the Maine Overseers of the Bar for misconduct. He bribed them to keep his law license. He’s very shady and knows how to wo...rk the system to his greedy advantage.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
