Biography
It is an honor to be able to serve individuals who have been injured, who have been wrongly terminated or who have some other type of legal concern that requires the assistance of a trial lawyer. My focus is on my client, trying to understand their unique particular situation and bringing their case to a just and fair conclusion, whether through settlement or trial, commensurate with their goals, needs and objectives. Having been a defense lawyer for fifteen years before I embarked on my personal injury career, I have an understanding of what insurance companies and juries are likely to consider in awarding maximum recoveries to my clients.
