Webbert failed to disclose that he had been a paid expert witness, for the Defendant’s (Walmart’s) Firm Bernstein Shur [BSSN], in a Legal Malpractice lawsuit against Bernstein Shur [BSSN], BCD-CV-09-07. David G. Webbert aided and abetted Walmart, Inc. in Docket No. 2:15-cv-00484-DBH damaging the Plaintiff’s case. Extensive reliable supporting evidence.
