Caleb J. Gannon

Caleb Gannon brings his in-depth legal research and writing skills, analytical abilities, and trial advocacy experience to his position with Lipman & Katz. Caleb has developed a multi-faceted practice which includes personal injury, administrative law, family and criminal matters.  Notably, Caleb has served as co-counsel in several recent murder trials.  Caleb has also presented arguments to the Maine Supreme Judicial Court on a number of occasions and is a graduate of the Maine Trial Lawyers Association College of Trial Advocacy.

Caleb has long demonstrated his deep commitment to advocacy and public service. In high school, Caleb interned and participated in public outreach initiatives with Massachusetts State Senator Michael Knapik. At St. Lawrence University, Caleb obtained a B.A. in Government and served as an intern to U.S. House Representative John Olver while spending a semester at American University in Washington, D.C. Having been introduced to and intrigued by the intricacies of the federal legislature Caleb immediately enrolled at Western New England College, School of Law to obtain a law degree and maximize his ability to serve the public. While at WNEC Caleb conducted research and wrote for nonprofit organizations such as the Connecticut River Watershed Council and The Nature Conservancy. 

Caleb is currently serving a term on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Discovery Museum in Augusta.  His wife, Ariel, is an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maine handling matters related to child protection.  Caleb and Ariel live with their son and Newfoundland puppy in Hallowell.  In his free time, Caleb enjoys fly-fishing, home-brewing and walking the Newf.
