My name is Queen I am the legal gradian of my daughter Christina MBOUMBA she have menthol illness she been victim for Medical Malpractice Emotional, Distressful, pain and suffering this three times at two times in Portland MMC but , But I am suing then now this case against Biddeford Maine Health Ma...ine Medical Center. Then my daughter was sick I took in hospital my daughter she was hospital she was living in the group when I tried to called her she never answered my calls I went there I ring the bell she never answer me I asked to the staff to opened the door I find my daughter she was unconsented . That's why I took her in hospital, after to days may daughter told me they gave her meat not cooked with blood she refused to ate it the insisted she said I can't ate that my mom never gave something like that in my life but they staff scarred my daughter she was a fried and she ate immediately she got Epilepsy she felled down on the floor. When I was trying to search my daughter they never led me talk with her in the hospital to gave the news how she was feeling if I called if I said my name staff as soon they hang up the phone. I heard from my daughter the daughter the day for her discharge I complaint to the nurse but she said someone should call me but not one called but she lie to me not one called me. Then now we moved to Texas not this symptoms it becoming regular this three times she got epilepsy I called myself the claims staff from the hospital and I explain all the three times my daughter was victims same patient same organization I told to give me her information a this time I am going to bring lawsuit to against the hospital. The fist time. The fist time Understood this two cases it already expire I lost it in October 15, 2017 I took my daughter in Portland MMC after doctor did evaluation decided to transfer my daughter in Spring Harbor on Saturday when the left for the weekend Friday evening the nurse change the plain she discharge her force her to leave with out called me my kid was confused , The nurse called police and lie she don't knew what she was doing there police called that criminal trespass arrest and arrest her. So on the second time on May 13 2020 my daughter was sick we lost apartment we were leaving in hotel I know the symptom's if she the begging of he sickness she was very agitate to gave me hard time the hotel called South Portland police it was the area for hotel the decided to sent my daughter in Portland MMC , when she arrived there the should transfer her again to spring Harbor hospital which's is her best place thy doctor knew our patient and treat her very well I talk the and insisted and I said my daughter was very sick ,but they refused to listen to me the said my daughter she's not sick she doesn't need any evaluation she talk good we can't keep her in this hospital you are insisting because you lost your apartment that why you want us to keep your daughter the discharge her my friend call me to go leave with him just after one my daughter tried to killed me and she put fire in apartment she tried to killed herself too . So it was very risk my daughter refused I wasn't her mother she real lost her mind if the hospital keep my daughter there do evolution and transfer her to Spring Harbor on time this matter couldn't be happened was the police was outside for one hour washing looking the way and idea how to enter in apartment to save me. My daughter put fire in this apartment in on front of police before to save us.
