Valerie said she would fight for attorney's fees to be paid by the other party and didnt. We wrote our declaration and she edited it to make it sound nice which was good but then made a false accusation and didn't correct it. She also made the final court order where both parties had to choose a ther...apist and the attorney's would then choose the final one but after court when i called to give our 3 therapists she requested another 1k (after already paying 2500 for 2 court appearances) so now myself and the other party still can't agree on a final doctor. It seemed like she was trying to charge for every little thing to use up our whole retainer. Her assistan Maria is so rude and not helpful in ANY way. I would not choose this attorney again.

Valerie helped me with a guardianship for a grandchild. It was contested by two different people and the court experience was grueling, but my petition was granted. Valerie was like a friend from the start. She is very knowledgeable about the law in all its intricacies. She is a great strategist and ...pays attention to details. Her foremost concern was the well being of my grandchild. She appears to be very highly regarded by everyone in the local judicial system, and this also helped my case. She was respectful and kind to everyone. I have dealt with several attorneys in the past, and Valerie is the best.

I have to agree with "Dropped The Ball". I to was going through some custody issues and wanted full custody and child support. Well Valerie was great at first and then it was like I didn't matter and she was too busy with other clients. I would never recommend her to anyone at all.. I give her th...e lowest ratings possible.. If you want a good attorney then go somewhere else!

Valerie is a great attorney. She went above and beyond for myself and my child. Valerie always made time to speak with me or meet with me. Valerie is an incredible attorney who got me full custody of my daughter. Valerie made something emotionally hard seem painless. I am truly pleased with her and h...er secretary. TWO THUMBS WAY UP!!!!

Valerie seemed like a great attorney, so it seemed, in the beginning. However, she was never in the office, hard to get a hold of, always leaving messages while getting charged a "boat load." She then sent a bill after our court hearings and advise a payment arrangement could be made. Once again tr...ying to contact her to discuss payment arrangements was impossible as the supposed receptionist knew NOTHING! It was stated by the receptionis that Valerie wasn't returning our calls since we owed money; all the while we were calling to discuss payment arrangements! She also held on to our paperwork and never filed them since we owed money. I can't believe she performs business this way.....she couldn't even prove our side as she originally stated before hiring her as our attorney. Save your money and go elsewhere!
