David J. Marchese

David Marchese founded  Marchese Injury Law, P.A. on the premise that injured clients need a skilled, dedicated attorney and an empowering, supportive legal team on their side. His clients do not become "victims.” Instead, they receive the help they need to win the compensation and respect they deserve.

Attorney Marchese initially practiced law as an Assistant Attorney General, before starting the firm in 1991. He believes that clients must be heard and understood, as the first step in leading them successfully through the legal and insurance system.

The firm provides legal representation for individuals who have been harmed through the intentional or negligent acts of others. Practice areas include vehicle-related accidents, slip-and-falls, dog bites, professional malpractice, product liability claims, wrongful death cases, worker’s compensation, Social Security Disability and other personal-injury areas of the law.

Using a savvy and disciplined approach, Marchese Injury Law, P.A. identifies the unique strategies that work for each client. With persistent and strong advocacy, in addition to smart application of the law, clients get advice to help them heal, as well as to regain control over their lives.
