Potential federal lawsuit

Ben was highly recommended by another attorney and far exceeded my expectations. After an hour long meeting that included his partners, Ben agreed to review my lengthy file and write an opinion for a nominal fee. The resulting five page analysis was impressive. It was thorough, well written, and c...learly defined my options. I had a difficult case to pursue and understanding this difficulty made it easy for me to reach my own conclusion that pursuing the case was a financial risk that I can't afford to take. What Ben did for me was liberating and, yet, if I decided to file a lawsuit, I can think of no attorney I've ever worked with that I would be more confident of a positive outcome.

Nothing to complain about - Always helpful

This man has helped me with legal advice and legal documents time and time again and he never lets me down. *Trustworthy* In the time he has been assisting me, he has never given me any reason not to trust him. He is polite, well-spoken and he does his best to explain anything you need to know ...about your legal matter. *Responsive* Whenever I try to contact him, he gets back to me quickly (usually the same day). When he is on a case, I can contact him at any point about progress and he will send me a detailed email concerning his progress. *Knowledgeable* I am personally a rather brash individual and as a result, dealing with delicate matters is not smart for me to do on my own. I tend to reach out to Benjamin when there is a lot at stake (like when many people's work could be lost if I go about a situation wrong). When I do reach out, he often has answers for many of my questions but if he is unfamiliar with any particular details, he takes the time to do the proper research before giving his professional opinion. It is worth mentioning that if there is ever a time where he knows that his knowledge is not rock solid, he will tell me about it - I respect and value that greatly! *Kept me informed* Whenever he is working on writing up contracts for me or reading through legal documents on my behalf, he keeps me informed on his progress. He regularly tells me where he is with his work and answers any questions I have concerning the process. While on a job, if he needs something more from me, he asks and I do my best to get him the information that he needs. He makes it feel like teamwork (even though he does the bulk of the work :D ). *Cases where he has assisted me* I don't want to go into too much detail about any of these cases but let's see if I can give some clear pictures of situations when he has been helpful: 1. I have needed contracts written up on several occasions (as I lead game development projects). I give him information of the different individuals and what their job description is. I tell him how I want the contracts written out and he makes sure to put it into the right words. The work is always top-notch. 2, I have needed him to look through legal documents such as 'End-user license agreements" and "Terms of use" in the recent past so that I am fully aware of the people that I am dealing with in any situation. I often ask for his professional opinion on the next step to take before stepping and he always delivers a detailed report in a timely manner. It is in these cases especially, where he helps me not make any stupid decisions that can put other people I work with at risk. 3, Simple legal advice. In any situation where legal matters are involved, I turn to him for simple pieces of advice and he always has advice that I feel I can trust - So far, so good! *Conclusion* I whole-heartily recommend Benjamin as a lawyer. He is very talented and professional with his legal work and I don't know where I would be without him!

Benjamin Birney is so committed, positive and professional. I felt fortunate to have the opportunity to work with him and his team that provides exceptionally important social values. Benjamin provided incredible assistance, he is very responsible and honest, he always responded very quickly to kee...ping me informed with clear and open communication. Excellent quality of the relationship as a professional supporting me to make a right decision. Benjamin certainly teaches me so much about the business, the passion and pride that comes with helping people. I’m incredibly thankful of what he did during the process of my divorce.
