This represents the heart of my practice: helping people resolve complex disputes as efficiently and successfully as possible.

As a natural offshoot of my litigation practice, I have successfully prosecuted civil appeals on a variety of topics before the Maine Law Court, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.

I represent creditors, lenders, and other parties-in-interest in complex bankruptcy cases.

I have represented multiple landowners in disputes over easements, adverse possession, and boundary issues.
