Seth Russell

Seth Russell grew up in Falmouth, Maine, and graduated from Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont with a Bachelor of Science Degree Legal Studies. In May of 2017, Seth graduated from New York Law School where he concentrated on Corporate Law, Derivatives, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Practice, and Securities and Regulations.

While in law school, Seth was employed at the law firms of Berlandi, Nussbaum & Reitzas, LLP in White Plains, New York and Liakas Law, P.C. in New York, New York. He has served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable David Kennedy of the Maine District Court and in college worked for the Conservation Law Foundation, where he examined the possible effects of the Keystone Pipeline on local Maine economies and environments.

After Law School, Seth decided that he wanted his practice to have a real impact on the world around him and turned his attention to the legalization of marijuana, believing that marijuana significant economic and medical benifits that could help support the people of Maine. Now, Seth concentrates the majority of his practice helping his clients navigate Maine's medical marijuana and adult use marijuana industries. Seth spends a great deal of time studying and keeping up to date on Maine's ever-changing marijuana regulatory scheme. Additionally, he spends considerable time at the town and city level dealing with the planning of various marijuana related ordinances. He deploys this knowledge to help clients with their business planning.

Seth works with other Maine businesses outside of the marijuana industry. He consults with a variety of enterprises, both big and small, on business strategy and structuring.

Seth practices in the areas of business law and litigation and acts as a marijuana consultant. He is licensed to practice law in Maine.
