Peter Gaetano Mancuso

I hired Peter and Andre w Schmidt to represent me in an employment law case for Unfair Wages, and Unpaid Wages. He insisted a that the firm only pursued Class and Collective actions, and due to a California Appellate precedence there would be a greater chance of successful litigation of we pursued th...e Class and Collective suit. The law firm was propositioned with a request for a settlement amount. Peter explained to me that he was told the best estimate for the unpaid wages was the amount that was offered as settlement. He lied to me. I have the email thread of his communication with the opposing counsel the supports my claim for willful negligence. Peter inadvertently forwarded the thread to me, more negligence. I am currently seeking Legal representation for malpractice.
