In early 2016 I hired Misha to write an estate plan for me. This included a will, AHCD & FDPOA. I had some very specific concerns about underage nieces and nephews inheriting. He is a good listener, and I felt comfortable discussing my concerns with him. He was able to address my concerns well. He an...swered all my questions thoroughly, and I’m a person who likes to fully understand the details of anything that I sign. From his responses I felt confident that he knows this area of law. He also discussed with me some issues that I did not think of arising from his experience as an attorney, and I appreciated that. I thought the cost was reasonable. Shortly after executing the documents, it was necessary to make a small revision to the AHCD; he did not charge me. I have recommended him to friends and acquaintances that need legal services.

We couldn't of asked for a better attorney. He explained everything so that we knew exactly what to expect from beginning to end. All that we needed done was handled quickly, professionally, and without issues. He was great about returning emails and phone calls. I wouldn't use any other attorney ....

I contacted Mischa Pride regarding an issue with an estate matter currently in probate. He was very knowlegeable, patient, and helpful. Since I am from out of state, it was important for me to find an attorney to represent me in this matter. As it turned out, in my case, an attorney would be expensi...ve and not necessarily helpful. A less scrupulous lawyer may have taken advantage of the situation, but Attorney Pride was honest, patient, and very knowledgeable. If you have any Elder law or estate planning needs, I highly recommend this firm.
