Janene N. Oleaga

I am a family formation attorney and reproductive rights advocate who has helped countless hopeful parents grow their families through IVF, surrogacy, egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation, and adoption.  I also hep individuals navigate insurance coverage, embryo disputes, IVF clinic forms, and family planning.  I am actively involved in state and federal legislative efforts to increase access to the full spectrum of reproductive care and support growing families.  My firm was started from the premise that everyone is deserving of a family regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, citizenship, or genetic connection, and I remain committed to this truth in my private practice and advocacy.
