I have been practicing law in Maine since 2007 with a focus on real property and small business issues. I provide personal service at a reasonable rate.
Real estate services include purchase and sale matters; easements, right-of-ways and boundary issues; landlord / tenant assistance and evictions. Ownership succession and management issues.
For small business I assist with formation of LLCs and corporations. Contract drafting, review and disputes.
My office is in the historic State Theatre Building in downtown Portland. We are on the 5th floor, and there is elevator access from both the 142 High Street and 615 Congress Street entrances. The office looks over Congress Street and the Portland Museum of Art.

"I did a little work for Elliott back when I was first admitted. He is a knowledgable and helpful member of the Maine Bar. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance wth a real estate matter."
