Last year I was being charged with my fourth or fifth Operating after suspension, they were also going to charge me with operating an under registered vehicle, and operating after revocation. My initial charge was going to be a Felony, class B with a mandatory 6 months in jail. I was already Habitual... offender status, and hadn't held my drivers license for almost ten years.
