I am a Massachusetts resident and I hired Attorney Ellis after being clocked at 104MPH on a 70MPH Highway while passing through Maine. It was about 4 in the morning. I was given a court date in Maine charged with Criminal Speeding. In Maine I think the policy is anything over 100mph by default requir...es jail time. Luckily I found Attorney Ellis. I only had to come up to Maine once to meet him in person for the consultation. He was understanding, polite, and professional. (Also reasonably priced) During the consultation, he gave me a list of things to do on my end to try and get the best outcome possible. I did community Service of 60 hours (Of my choice) the Defensive Driving Online Course, and got some letters written.
