I am a Massachusetts resident and I hired Attorney Ellis after being clocked at 104MPH on a 70MPH Highway while passing through Maine. It was about 4 in the morning. I was given a court date in Maine charged with Criminal Speeding. In Maine I think the policy is anything over 100mph by default requir...es jail time. Luckily I found Attorney Ellis. All criminal charges were dropped no jail time, no record, no more community service hours required. The ticket was simply dropped down to your common civil speeding ticket. All this was done on the day of the arraignment it didn't even go to trial because Cameron Ellis was able to pull the DA aside on the Arraignment, present the case and my efforts (community service etc..) and he got the DA to drop the case then and there.
