Within the first 30 minutes of meeting with Marcus for my first consultation, I was sure I wanted to work with him. He sat patiently and listened to my concerns and then explained with full confidence and clarity all my options. At no point, I felt rushed or sold during the consultation. Thro...ughout the entire filing process I was regularly updated on what is happing, what documents I needed to submit and the deadlines for submission.
