I hired Jacqueline despite concerns I had when I met her regarding her having been fired in a similar case to mine. While at times friendly, any questioning or concern regarding decisions she made was met with derision and ultimatums, telling me to “go find another lawyer.” She would later apologize ...and blame it on having a bad day and a bad outcome for another client. I had to have continuances because of her schedule and she was not sensitive to the impact it would have on my case. She would send me documents riddled with incorrect information that had to be fixed regularly. Her firm lost documents and evidence multiple times and had to be resent the information. She was not savvy, and would not listen to any concerns I had about the opposing counsel for months until the opposing counsel was finally rude to her. When confronted with mistakes she made that may have impacted child support she would reply that it wasn’t consequential, despite having no experience of making ends meet for a young family. She had to be coaxed to use evidence that was damning in my hearing, and still left out pertinent details under the guise that the opposing party would lie anyway when it could be easily shown with documentation. When unfavorable judgment was handed down, I expressed my concerns with her handling and she immediately suggested I get other counsel. This is an attorney who’s ego is far more important than stressing the needs of her clients. I can’t NOT recommend her enough.
