Hire Shelley, With Confidence

I couldn’t recommend Shelley enough. She handled our PFA on behalf of a minor child with competency and genuine skill. She is the right mixture of compassionate, professional, and straightforward. I know for absolute certain that she did the best job anyone could have for our case. She is responsive,... knowledgeable, and on her game. Western Maine is lucky to have her.

Highly recommend

Shelley represented me through a difficult divorce and parental rights case. Shelley is highly professional, smart and experienced. She clearly explained what to expect from the process, and really kept me at ease with her compassion and patience during this very difficult time. Shelley was quick to ...respond to my questions, and to keep me informed about any updates from the courts, or updates my former wife’s attorney. Adoption Case

Shelley helped me through an adoption case and was amazing throughout the whole experience. Shelley's expertise and knowledge made the process run almost effortlessly on my part. She was very honest and compassionate. I highly recommend her for any child case you might have!

OUI and Disorderly

I got charged with an OUI and Disorderly Disorderly in February last year. I had used Shelly prior to this for a family legal matter, which too faired in my favor quickly and seamlessly. I went straight t to Shelly with this matter and the way I refer to her in the terms of this situations is worded ..."She IS, the OUI attorney!" Maine has tough laws and I refused to blow which is not a good idea, trust me. She did the best I could have asked for and even more. She consulted me anytime and comforted me in the whole situation. I was honest with her from the get go and I felt more then good about it My disorderly was taken care of while I didn't' even know it was, and before I knew it I was getting great news that it was dropped, leaving me with enough reassurance to make it through the rest of the debacle . I have a waiting game for a b bit of my case and she is continues to reassure and be there for me as though I am a priority She also happily worked around my driving situation which was not easy for me, especially in earlier times of the incident. . I highly recommend her and though I know this is all situational I would undoubtedly go to her in the future for any concerns I have. I also have reached out to Shelly for advice and referrals which I trust and receive willingly.

Deed rewrite for a sale of property and representation at th closing.

She did an excellent job representing me and writing the new deed. She was aware of some problems at the closing and represented me very well.
