We talked 15-20 minutes today. He had the audacity to insinuate that I was making a big deal out my association treasurer (Chris Bond) and prior President/lodge owner of the Sebago Lake lodge and Management Company for charging me (for years) other members electricity usage, not supplying a supplemen...tal budget when the treasurer added finances into the budget in the middle of a year and violating the Maine Condo Act, by-way of denying me access to view our association bookkeeping ledgers. He stated, "I sound like I know what I'm talking about, but I don't". He accused Attorney B. Reilly (plaintiff's attorney) of lying to me and belittled me because I did believe him. Attorney Reilly told the association bookkeeper (Jan 2019) to tell me that "if I allowed her to cash my condo fee payments, the lien foreclosure he placed would be waived". So of course, I had the bookkeeper return those two checks. Towards the middle to end of our conversation I gave to him a taste of his verbal demeanor towards me. He became verbally unhinged. I tried to end the call by thanking him but he wasn't hearing me over his insults, so I finally had to hang up on him. He's so smart he may figure out who wrote this.
