Not happy with the communication

Andrews knows the law, but is not very good with communication. He didn't let me know what was going on with my case, and took a few days to return my phone calls. I don't want to give details of my case, but something that needed to be done in my case by someone else he hired wasn't getting done, a...nd I kept calling Andrews to see what was happening with it. He said he would call and check on it. When I finally called the person who was supposed to be doing this thing, they didn't have the right paperwork to do it. Even though I called Andrews many times, asking him to check on this, he obviously didn't, since I had to call and straighten it out. This delayed my case by more than a month. If he had called when I first asked him to, it would have speeded things up alot. I'm not happy with this lack of communication.
