After an incident on a family vacation I needed a lawyer. I found Scott after reading through some reviews of lawyers in the area. Scott stuck out so I went with him. He is a credible and compassionate lawyer that was easy to talk to and told me everything that was ahead of me. I contacted Scott on a recommendation from a friend. I was charged with an OUI shortly after moving to Maine for school. I had one too many drinks one night after work with a co-worker and made the mistake of taking the chance and driving home. I was pulled over for speeding and blew a .083. I was ba...rely over the limit and blew an hour and a half after I was arrested. Scott was able to bring in an expert to speak on my behalf. She indicated than since it was less than 30 minutes after my last drink, I was still absorbing alcohol at the time, and if I had made it home, I wouldn't have been over the limit. I never lost my license. Scott was able to get all my charges dismissed. He's vey personable and professional and I always felt as if I was in good hands and that he was doing his best for me.
