I retained Scott Gardner to represent me in an OUI charge, a very traumatic experience for me. Mr. Gardner was very gentle, yet professional in his inquiry and in answering all of my questions. He and/or his Assistant, Sharon, returned phone calls or emails within 24 hours. And Sharon continuously... assured me, "You are in good hands." Mr. Gardner gave me options and advice throughout the entire process. He made me feel at ease any time I called with questions, concerns and certainly through the court experience. During court, the other attorneys were gathered and chatting, yet Mr. Gardner sat next to me explaining what was to happen and how to respond, while, also, assuring me all would work out.
