Needing help in guardianship case

I was put in contact with Ms Rocheleau for a guardianship/custody matter. Though our relationship is just beginning she gave great advice and a solid plan of action. I feel so much better knowing she us in my court. And I know I'll sleep much bettervyonjight. I feel she cares about me and even m...ore important the well being of my son. I am looking forward to working with her and her team. Everyone in the office has made me feel cared about

Very unprofessional

Entered into a contract with Lynne Rocheleau to file in court for child support issues. Wanted good device and offered to go on retainer but she insisted on a flat fee arrangement saying it was a simple filing. She also recommended filing quickly due to the circumstances. Then didn't hear from her ...for a month in spite of many attempts to contact her. She rarely returns phone calls or email. She finally got in touch after one month and said she was going to pick up documents when at the courthouse the next day. Never happened. It has been over four months since hearing from her. Kissed $750 goodbye and moved on to another attorney but it was well worth moving on. She is either very unprofessional or has some personal problem overtaking her work. She could have at least communicated what was going on.

Custody case

Lynn helped me with an important custody case. She was very helpful. I had been to court two other times with different lawyers and had very bad experiences. Lynn also stays calm when the situation isn't.

Divorce

She did send me a wrong contract, disclosing private information of other clients. I did notified her, but she didn't care. She has a warning from 2011, for behavior concerned. You can go to the State attorney Office and see the whole file. She had not been honest. She had overcharged me for extra ...time she didn’t do nothing and on top of that for wrong services. I'm creating awarennes about her, her lock of communication, and anti-ethical practices. because I want to be sure that no one else has to live a nightmare. I’m representing myself in court now because is hard to trust in lawyers after the horrible experiences with Mrs. Rocheleau.
