Steven Brown did an excellent job. I got arrested for DUI because a trooper pulled me over for not using my turn indicator twice on a dead rainy, no-traffic night in Dover. I said “you gotta be kidding me” to the trooper. Not a smart thing to do. And I had consumed drinks on an empty stomach. And I r...efused the breathalyzer. I’ve had 3 tickets in my life, all in Texas speed traps years ago. I never imagined this happening to me and was quite worried. I interviewed 3 lawyers before settling on Steve for several reasons, but I think mainly because he struck me as completely knowledgeable of the law, and well connected within the local legal community and an understanding of how it works in a stable pragmatic way. He pushed on me in getting my head around the whole thing and I pushed him in letting him know what I wanted. He listened and delivered. I learned from this experience and more good than bad came out in the end. The short is I got a reckless driving violation and a total of 8 months license suspension. It could have been much worse.
