He went to my Mother's house when she was only 67 pounds and talked to her and my brother who had called him for assistance. He was a 'lame duck' because he visited my Mother's house that was in shambles and extremely unsanitary. He took NO action to bring it to the attention of Elder Adult author...ities. He was there just for his money, nothing else. Another attorney that resides in his building (Daniel Harkinson) handled my Mother's estate poorly also. Dragged the Estate out 3 1/2 years, procrastinated, and never communicated. A complaint was filed with the NH Bar Assoc and they did nothing. What a poor service for people at the end of life!! A real shame!
