I sincerely appreciate Mr. Testa taking on a complicated disability case for my family. He was steady, competent and respectful through the prolonged process. Attorney for Hire

I started working with Bain in September 2024, following a motor vehicle accident. Bain reached out to me promptly after I contacted him in regard to the accident. Bain is very knowledgeable and thorough. He made the process very easy, and overall, he was a great attorney to have for my case. In inst...ances like this, it is so easy to overlook something or to get taken advantage of by insurance following a motor vehicle accident, but Bain made sure I made the best possible choice for me without getting taken advantage of or screwed over. Overpayment woes with a happy ending

In 2021, Social Security contacted us to say they had overpaid my daughter for her disability and we needed to pay them back over $32,000. I contacted Bain, and he has worked with us since then to help them see the error in their thinking. He took the time to get to know us, and we worked together, t...rudging through hours of paperwork, rules, and details. We finally got the news this week that we had won, and neither she nor I would have to pay back anything! Bain was always professional and knowledgeable, but also personal and kind. We would never have won this case without him, and we will always be grateful for his support!
