As a MA resident being charged with a DUI in NH, it was important to me that I found an attorney who I could trust and who was familiar with the local law and NH courts. Andrew Cotrupi is an excellent attorney. He has gotten me out of two extremely close calls, one of which could have posed some significant jail time. I recently had Andrew for a DWI case which again seemed to be open and shut. The officer had me saying that "I messed up.". With some amazing lawye...ring on his part, I got off with a reckless driving and only a 90 day loss of liscense. Also because I refused a breathalizer, I should have lost my liscense for an automatic 6 months in the ALS hearing. But again with his incredible skills I did not lose it for the 6 months. So all in all, arrested, DWI, argued down to a reckless driving with a 90 day loss of liscense.
