Great Lawyer

Tim helped with an annulment in NH. The court initially denied my annulment, Tim then wrote a magnificent reconsideration motion and we had a hearing. He presented himself well in court and the court reversed its decision and granted the annulment. I am so grateful for his help on this matter.

Excellent Lawyer for Representation in DUI Case

Tim was an excellent lawyer, who did an outstanding job representing me in my DUI case. Though I believed I was going to lose my license for a while and be required to pay a ton of fines, Tim found a way to convince the judge to find me not guilty. Throughout the entire process, which was extremely... stressful for me, Tim was there to answer any questions I had, and always gave honest, upfront answers. He was very professional, and was extremely knowledgeable in NH DUI law. He broke down the entire process for me, explained to me all of my options, and advised me expertly on what path I should take. Highly skilled, knowledgable lawyer

Tim did a great job representing me. He treated me with respect and made my family and myself feel comfortable. He was always up front and honest whether it was good news or bad. There were times when I was worried, confused and asked the same questions over and over again. Tim would respond to my... phone calls in a timely manner and had the patience of a saint. He always put my feelings first. Throughout the 2 years of my DWI case, Tim became more than just a lawyer, he was a friend. He is very knowledgable of the DWI laws in the state of NH. Definitive positive results from a bad circumstance, Experienced- Multifaceted Attorney
