Alexander Nossiff

Alex Nossif is probably the best of the best attorneys. I don't understand the bad reviews. He handled my divorce very well, and refuted false accusations of abuse. He proved she was lying under oath. He was there for me in the hardest chapter of my life and got me through it. She ended up with ...no alimony nor assets. I would hire Alex again in a second. Very smart and fights hard for his clients. I think he's the best of the best

Awful experience. Attorney Nossiff has a terrible temper, yelled at us (his clients) on numerous occasions. He was unprepared. For example after months of "bankruptcy preparation" he didn't know how long we had lived in the state which caused further delays -- despite the fact that it was the first q...uestion I asked about when I called the office. Had I known we would have made much different financial decisions prior to filing. In the end, he didn't even represent us at the trustee's meeting -- a colleague from a different firm sat in for him. He hadn't even chosen what exemptions would be best for our situation prior to the trustee meeting and a week or so after the meeting the trustee herself made the decision. I would never use this attorney again.

I had a consultation with Atty Nossiff for bankruptcy. Was very eager to work with him. He asked me to send him information and that he'd follow up with a company. Didn't hear from him for a month - contacted his office 3 times and spoke with his admin/paralegal and they kept saying they'd talk to... him and figure out what was going on but they never returned my call. So guessing he didn't want my case and just didn't have the guts to tell me. Unprofessional.
