Biography

Michael has been selected as a Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers Rising Star each year from 2016 through 2022. He is a Member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, Board Member of the Rockingham County Bar Association, Memeber for the Lawrence Bar Association, a past President of the Merrimack Valley Estate Planning Council, a Board Member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, New Hampshire Chapter, and a member of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council.
Michael is frequently asked to lecture by organizations including Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Estate Planning Groups, Financial Planners, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Senior Groups. His lecture topics include Elder Law, Guardianships, Probate Law and Administration and Special Needs Trusts.
Attorney Sullivan is also a contributing author to the MCLE New England Publication "A Practical Guide to Probate in New Hampshire".
When not at the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Leslie, their son Conor, and dog Sadie.
