I would just like to clarify something in my review, when I applied for medicaid I was asked if I had a 401kk and I did not but after my approval I was asked if i had an IRA Maureen did not persue my assets as I had already been financially approved, it was not due to anything she neglected to do ...if anything it was due to a flaw in the system. had I not been pre approved she would have asked me the necessary questions but as far as we knew that had already been done. Maureen Howard is an excellent attorney, through her efforts on my behalf I was granted medicaid which was later revoked when I truthfully acknowledged that at that time I had an IRA, but she also won my efforts to be granted disability and she did such a good job I did not even have to go to the cou...rt I had initially been denied, I am on occasion in touch with her to let her know how my life is going, I continue to suffer physical pain and recently had to sell my home as I was not able to continue to maintain the expenses of being a home owner and my ongoing medical costs.
