Robin C. Curtiss

I originally hired the office of Van Dorn, Curtis and Rousseau after a car accident that left me disabled. For the first few years of working with this office I never spoke to or had any contact with Robin. The first time I actually met him was when he came to my house after I had asked some seriou...s questions to his associates about the status and course of my case (as it was postponed from trial yet again after waiting 4.5 years! Robin as I said came to my home and told me his purpose in coming was to quit from my case. After discussing things with me we decided to proceed with his office as well as him personally representing me. It was the worst decision I could have made. From then on I couldn’t get questions answered, a demand to the opposing side was submitted for a substantial decease from our original figure. I then had a conference call with my wife, my self and the “team” of lawyers where they told my wife she was acting entitled and basically told me I’m a loser. Robin is a judgemental and arrogant little man who totally screwed up the course of my case. I ended up getting far superior lawyers who were able to salvage a small settlement which Robin attached a lien to for ridiculous “expenses” like flying one of the associates out to the other side of the country to dispose an “expert” or for focus groups that were run my Robin’s close friend. I could keep going but the most important take away from all of this is do your research and don’t hire this office for anything.
