Very Helpful Consultation
I was confused about an employment issue and reached out to Wyatt and Associates. Chandan Penigrahi reached back out to me to ask me some questions before setting up a phone call to review the situation. After he listened to me walk through the details of my issue, he spent time discussing the legal aspects. As a result, Chandan help me understand that although my situation was unfortunate, there was not a strong legal case; and we agreed not to pursue it. I compliment Chandan because he was patient, professional, and very helpful. Although I don't have a legal case, I feel better understanding the situation, and appreciate the professionalism of Chandan and Wyatt and Associates.

Absolutely Outstanding - Very Professional and RESULTS Oriented
Wyatt & Associates, and Ben Wyatt specifically, represented me in an employment law case surrounding wrongful termination and disability discrimination. Ben and the entire staff at Wyatt were very professional and easy to work with. I trusted Ben's judgement and was rewarded for that trust with a monetary settlement nearly 200% of my stretch goal in the matter. The process was clear, efficient and expeditious. I chose Wyatt & Associates not only because of the staff counsel's impressive educational and experiential backgrounds, but mostly because of the time Ben took to speak with me directly, to gain an intimate understanding of the case specifics and to provide an honest set of expectations. Wyatt & Associates exceeded my expectations at every level and I could not provide a higher recommendation for the firm and Ben. I am more than happy to act as a direct reference for Ben Wyatt and Wyatt & Associates.

Expect a Smile, a Firm Handshake & No Nonsense Legal Help
I was an emotional wreck when I began looking for an attorney to help me with an employment law matter - sad, angry and overwhelmed. From our first conversation I was very impressed by the prompt , in-depth, free-of-charge consult and assessment of my case. When I made the choice to move forward all of my options and what they would entail were clearly explained to me. Attorney Wyatt and his staff were consistently attentive to my needs as a client - and always with a wonderful combination of professionality and kindness. He demonstrated an amazing ability to separate my emotional state from the legal case we were pursuing - this really helped me to stay on track. He kept me consistently updated on our progress and my options as we moved forward. Attorney Wyatt was always on time, always professional, and was able to resolve my case in a timely and positive manner. I would recommend Ben Wyatt to a friend without hesitation. I would never have wished to have cause to hire a lawyer to protect my rights, but when I needed someone I am very grateful that Ben Wyatt was suggested to me.

Failed
This firm got me a settlement but dismissed my professional input in the settlement and told me they knew what they were doing. They didn't!! When the resulting issues arose they then claimed to have no special knowledge or experience contradicting their ads and statements, failed to fix them and quit on me, leaving me to represent myself through the consequences of their poor decisions.

Poor Experience
My rating for Wyatt & Associates is merely based on a short telephone consultation that I had with Attorney Gabrielle Regney. The phone consultation was set up by Julie after I provided Wyatt & Associates with a thorough explanation as to why I needed an attorney. I assumed that Attorney Gabrielle Regney would take the time to read through all of the notes shared with her prior to our telephone consultation but she admitted that she didn’t have time to read through the paperwork shared by Jule. As such, Attorney Regney requested that I summarize the issue for a second time. After less than 3 minutes on the phone, Attorney Regney rudely cut me off and stated that she wouldn’t be able to represent me.
