Attorney Mooney addressed all of our questions and concerns. He met with us outside of his regular office hours to accommodate our schedule. He was prompt and professional. We have worked with several lawyers in the past but have felt most comfortable with him, as he never talked in technical terms but was patient with us. He never kept us waiting or made us follow up with him for missing information, and we found his rates to be very reasonable. We have already recommended him to a couple of our friends.
Jeffrey Runge, Child custody Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I endorse this attorney. I have know Richard for many years and have battled with him many times in Court. He is a very strong advocate for his clients. He is well liked and respected in the legal community. I highly recommend Richard to anyone seeking competent representation in a Family Law matter.
