She took a vow and does not follow it

She took a vow and does not follow it, She was appointed in our case allowed the other party to pay in full refused to talk to us for months and months and months and gave sole custody to the party that paid her and the other party has never seen the children since she fully supported taking one pare...nt completely out of their lives when her Vow is to keep both parents in their lives!! She does not follow the law she’s sneaky and a very terrible person
