As an attorney with Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer PC, I provide estate planning services to individual clients and small businesses at all levels of wealth. I work with clients to understand family dynamics and to identify their objectives before recommending tailored and comprehensive estate plans. I also help small businesses develop and implement business succession plans. I regularly work with family consultants such as financial advisers, insurance professionals, CPAs, and corporate counsel to provide an integrated and efficient approach to planning.

I value building long-term relationships with my clients and enjoy assisting new and existing businesses develop and grow.  I have many years of experience helping clients start new businesses, advising on corporate governance issues, and ensuring businesses have the opportunity to grow while avoiding unnecessary risks. In addition to my business development work, I assist clients with negotiating and drafting a full range of contracts, vendor agreements, franchise agreements, financing arrangements, loans, real estate purchases, and commercial leases.  I regularly utilize my extensive experience working in business litigation matters to help my estate and business planning clients avoid similar costly mistakes. As a member of Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer PC team, I collaborate with over fifty attorneys with expertise in over twenty-five practice areas to provide clients with the most convenient and reliable counsel.
