Keri Ann O'Shea

Unanswered emails, unanswered phone calls, charged double what was originally discussed and she was quite honestly out lawyered during court sessions. Did not use evidence she was provided. She quit mid case after being paid 20k. There is still a credit balance on the account that she is making me... wait for. She had means of getting a hold of me through a release to a relative and chose not to use it. I can not express how abandoned and betrayed I feel right now.

I am a Real Estate Broker involved in a very complicated title issue that 2 other attorneys simply gave up on and wasted my clients valuable time...Keri was 3rd attorney and got it done swiftly and got all parties to the closing table while fixing a title issue spanning over 20 years and 3 owners in ...the ownership chain.....Keri was the 3rd attorney who got it done and on the last week kept her word to try to get done by a certain date and even worked while on vacation. I can't say enough ! Grateful to have found her. (full disclosure: I did not hire directly but was involved in helping my colleague and worked with Keri to as a team to achieve a common desired outcome by ALL parties) I would 100% hire her again !
