Kathy J Landry Lynch

I joined SekellaLaw as an Of Counsel attorney in June, 2017. Prior to joining SekellaLaw I worked as an Of Counsel at Black, Vitelli & Pennock, and I also worked as an Associate with Pollack Law Group, focusing my practice in all aspects of family law, estate planning, including Wills and Trusts, bankruptcy and civil litigation. I also worked as an Associate at Sheehan, Schiavoni, Jutras & Magliocchetti, LLP practicing all aspects of family law, bankruptcy law, wills, trusts, estates and probate administration, civil litigation, real estate law and landlord/tenant law. In 2006, I opened my solo practice, continuing my compassion as a counselor with vigorous advocacy to best meet my clients’ needs.  I began my legal career in 1999 at Minasian & Minasian, Attorneys at Law in Lawrence, Massachusetts.  During my tenure, I provided exceptional legal services in a vast array of legal fields, including probate & family law, bankruptcy, civil litigation, estate planning, real estate, evictions and landlord/tenant law, and personal injury law. 

I am licensed to practice law in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts and continue to focus my practice primarily in the areas of family law, including divorce and post-divorce matters involving custody, child support, parenting time, alimony and modification of existing judgments. I also handle bankruptcy law, estate planning, including probate matters, wills and trusts disputes.

Born in Massachusetts, I have made my home in New Hampshire since 2000.   During my downtime, I enjoy reading, skiing, camping, the outdoors, and most importantly, being with family and friends.
